Summer Programs
Washington State University College of Sciences offers summer programs for high school and middle school students, and for undergraduates from around the nation who are interested in the sciences or mathematics, too.
Summer Programs for Pre-College Students:
U-DOC (for high school juniors and seniors interested in health careers).
Summer Programs for Undergraduates:
Materials Science Summer Research Camp (Funded research program for undergraduates— you do not need to be registered at Washington State University.)

Chaos and Complexity, High-Pressure Physics, Materials and Optics,
Physical Acoustics. You do not need to be
enrolled at Washington State University.
Many of these special programs are funded by temporary grants and
provide stipends to the student participants. There are new ones
every year. Contact the College of Sciences Associate Dean Mary
Sanchez-Lanier for information about upcoming opportunities.
