Grades-
- The course grades will be based on weekly assignments 25%,

Homework will be assigned every day and will usually be due on
Mondays (see Schedule for details).
Late work is NOT accepted.
Make sure that you start working on the homework as soon as possible.
If you have difficulties, you should contact the instructor or teaching
assistant. The textbook contains brief, final answers to most of the
problems. In order to get credit for the assigned homework problems,
detailed solutions, showing intermediate steps, must be provided by the
student. There is a student solutions manual for the textbook that
is in the reserve section of Owen Science and Engineering Library.
This manual contains detailed solutions to selected (but not assigned)
textbook problems. All class work that you submit for grading
should have been completed by you. Reduced credit will be given if
you submit assigned work for grading and there is strong evidence that you
copied another student's work.
Reasonable accommodations are available for
students who have a documented disability. Please notify the instructor
during the first week of class of any accommodations needed for the
course. Late notification may cause the requested accommodations to be
unavailable. All accommodations must be approved through the Disablity
Resource Center (DRC) in Administration Annex 205 (335-3417).
There is a Website for the course materials. All students in the
class are encouraged to use the course information available at
http://www.math.wsu.edu/faculty/genz/de.html.
